Three automated lines for flexible production
We produce liquid cleaning products in batch sizes from 50 to 1,000 gallons across three automated filling lines. Our equipment handles viscosities from water-thin to approximately 5,000 cps, filling formats from 2 oz bottles to 128 oz jugs, plus drums and IBC totes for bulk distribution.

High-capacity mixing for dry and oxygen-based formulas
Two 2,000-pound Marion horizontal paddle mixers deliver up to 22,000 pounds of finished powder per shift. We blend dry powders and incorporate liquids for oxygen-based and specialty cleaning products, filling formats from 4 oz jars to 50 lb containers and 2,000 lb super sacks. We also manufacture PACs and water-soluble pods for cleaning and water treatment applications.
